From the Navigation Bar above choose Bike Gear, Parts, Accessories, Clothing/Apparel, Nutrition, Junior Rides or Specials to browse through the different product categories.

 

1. Simply "Add to Cart" your selected item/s.

 

2. Click the "View Shopping Cart" button to see the contents or change the quantity. 

3.  Enter 0 (zero) as the quantity if you need to remove an item from your cart.


4. Click "Proceed to checkout" to enter your details and place your order.

 

If you are looking for a particular product and can not find it on our web site please send us an email or call our store on 04 569 9854.

 

Pricing 

 

Our online prices are not availabe in store.  

We always attempt to keep our prices current . 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Specials and promotional items are limited to stock on hand.

 

Freight

 

For orders over $50 the freight cost is on us!

 

For orders under $50 the freight costs are:

  North & South Island $6.00

  Rural Delivery is an extra $4.00

 

Delivery

 

You will receive a confirmation of order via email.

Your order will be dispatched no later than the next working day - subject to stock availability. 

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday.  

As our items are couriered we are unable to send to PO Boxes.

You can shop with confidence knowing that our site is protected by SSL Technology.  This ensures a secure enviroment for our customers.

 

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not then please complete the following procedures and return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace, or refund your purchase using the original payment method

 

1. Return item/s to us in orignal condition with all labels, swing tags & packaging

2. Complete the enclosed Returns Form and send it back with the item/s at your expense

 

Items purchased on 'Special" are non-refundable except where the goods have been found to be faulty.

 

In the case of fault or defect, please contact us on 04 569-9854 or email us before returning the goods.

 

Original shipping costs where applicable will not be refunded. If the item is being replaced there will be no additional shipping charges. 

 

Stock Availability

 

Our aim is to supply your order in a timely manner, however if a supply issue arises we will contact you as soon as possible.  If goods are delayed indefinitely and no alternative is found the order can be cancelled.

Bikes

 

Please note we do not sell New Specialized and Giant bicycles online.  Our Clearance Bikes displayed online, are available for purchase from our store.  If you wish to enquire about a bike, please contact us on 04 569-9854 or email us.

 

Warranty

 

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold in New Zealand. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
